What the documents mean for you
PrivateAlps can end your access to a server at any time and refunds nothing: deposits and service payments are final and account credit cannot be cashed out. It asks for no ID, keeps a name (pseudonym allowed), email and payment txID, and discloses only on a Swiss court order.
The Terms of Service contain a dedicated section stating that PrivateAlps operates as a no-KYC service, does not require identity documents to create an account or use the services, and does not plan to introduce a KYC program. The Parrot Security VPS FAQ repeats that no identity verification is required. No clause anywhere lets them demand identification from you.
Nothing triggers an identity check: the terms say there is no KYC program and none is planned, and no passport, ID card, licence or proof of address is asked for. At order time they collect only a name, which may be a pseudonym, an email address, and the transaction ID of your crypto payment. Money is a separate matter: deposits and service payments are final, so there is no refund to withhold or condition on documents.
Warnings
They can terminate access to a server or the whole service at any time, and non-payment leads to suspension then permanent termination. The terms state that restoring lost data is not possible.
Deposits are non-refundable once credited and service payments are non-refundable once the service is set up, renewed or upgraded. If a service fails through their fault, you normally get account credit rather than your money back.
They say they do not share or sell client data, and will act only on an official court order from a judge or magistrate in Switzerland. What they can hand over is limited to what they hold: a name that may be a pseudonym, an email address and a payment transaction ID.
