Suggestions are reviewed before they are public. A service gets a score only after the bot has read its documents and a person has checked the reading, so a suggestion needs the addresses of the documents more than anything else.

3 · Shotgun KYC

May request KYC or block funds mid-flow, typically through AML checks, transaction limits or liquidity partner rules. Not mandatory by default, but it can trigger at any time.

4 · Mandatory KYC

Required for key features or registration, and may be required arbitrarily at any time.
