What the documents mean for you
Servers Guru can terminate your account at any time without notice, and pays no refund to banned customers. Wallet credits never convert back to crypto. It reports criminal violations to police. Sign-up needs only an email; the name you give is never checked.
The privacy policy states the operator does not want personal information beyond a working email address, that giving a name is optional and does not need to be accurate, and that it will never ask you to verify that information. No clause anywhere in the terms lets it demand identity documents, source-of-funds data or verification before providing or restoring service.
Nothing in the documents triggers an identity check: there is no KYC, AML or verification clause. To register you give a working email address, which can be a temporary one, plus an optional name that they say they will never verify. If you break the terms they can suspend or terminate the account and they pay no refund to banned customers, and wallet credits cannot be converted back to cryptocurrency.
Warnings
Anything you deposit into the wallet stays there as service credit. Servers Guru states it will not convert those credits back into cryptocurrency or any other currency.
They can remove any account without prior notice and refuse service to anyone at any time, and they are the sole judge of what breaks the terms. No refund follows a ban.
Mining, farming, plotting, running nodes, storing blockchain data and cryptocurrency trading are prohibited on ARM VPS, Cloud servers and Webhosting packages. They remain allowed on regular and unmetered VPS.
The contact form is filtered through hCaptcha, an outside spam-detection service. Embedded content from other sites can set cookies and track you as if you had visited those sites.
Ports 25, 465 and 587 are blocked by default on all VPS. Unblocking is decided case by case after you ask.
