What the documents mean for you
JuicySMS can close your account at any time, with or without notice, and judges every refund case by case with the right to refuse. It needs an account and email, a $10 minimum top-up, logs your usage, and gives data to police on valid legal process.
None of the three pages mention identity verification, KYC, Source of Funds, or any power to hold a balance until you identify yourself. Registration asks only for an email and password, and the only identity-related disclosure clauses concern handing existing data to law enforcement, which is data sharing rather than a check demanded of you.
The terms and privacy policy never mention identity verification. To open an account you give an email address and password, and the terms add that you "may be asked for additional information regarding your account" without saying what. Nothing in the corpus lets them hold your balance pending an identity check, but they can terminate your account with or without notice.
