What the documents mean for you
JuicySMS can close your account immediately without notice and grants refunds only case by case, denying them at its discretion. It logs your usage, keeps transaction records, and hands data to police on subpoena, court order or emergency request.
Nothing in the corpus describes identity verification, document checks or Source of Funds requests as part of using the service; sign-up needs only an email and password. The terms say user confidential information "will not be shared or disclosed under any circumstances", while the privacy policy describes sharing data with payment processors, analytics and advertising providers, error monitoring and law enforcement. Rely on the privacy policy, which is the more specific and less restrictive text.
