What the documents mean for you
Crypton Exchange can freeze your transactions on suspicion and close your account without notice while it holds your coins. It says it never asks for KYC, but registration needs your real name, it monitors private messages, and it gives data to police.
Section 16 of the Terms of Use states outright that the service will never ask a client to go through KYC, because it does not handle fiat, and no other clause lets it demand identity documents. Its risk clause only permits freezing transactions pending review, not requesting identification from you.

Registration still asks for your first and last name, your Utopia public key and a password, and you agree that this information is true.
