What the documents mean for you
Bitcall can suspend or close your account over activity it judges suspicious, and unused credit is not refunded. Registration needs a name, email and billing details. It logs call records, IPs and device IDs for about 30 days and hands data to authorities on request.
Neither the Terms of Service nor the Privacy Policy mentions identity verification, KYC, source-of-funds checks or document requests. The only identity-related demand is ordinary account data at signup (name, email, billing details), and the suspension clause for "suspicious activity" does not give the service a right to ask you to prove who you are.
No clause in these documents lets Bitcall demand identity documents or source-of-funds proof. At signup it asks for a name, email address, billing details and login credentials, and it accepts Google Sign-In. If it decides you breached the terms or acted suspiciously, it can suspend or close your account, and unused credit is not refunded.
Warnings
Bitcall can suspend or terminate your account whenever it concludes there was a breach or "suspicious activity", and it states that termination brings no refund for unused credit.
Your account carries a name, email and billing details, and Bitcall stores call detail records listing the numbers you called, with timestamps, for roughly 30 days. It may disclose data on a legal request or court order.
Bitcall uses Google Sign-In for authentication and receives your email and basic profile from Google. After an eSIM purchase it also passes order details to Google for an optional review survey.
