What the documents mean for you
IncogNET can cancel or terminate your service for any reason without notice, and deletes data 15 days after non-payment. Crypto payments are non-refundable. It logs sign-up IPs and complies with valid legal orders. Only an email address is needed to sign up.
The documents never mention identity verification, KYC or Source of Funds. Account creation needs only an email address, and the privacy policy states that anonymous email providers, aliases and mail relays are accepted. No clause lets the operator demand identity documents from you.
Nothing in these documents triggers an identity check: the only sign-up requirement is a working email address, which may be an alias or relay. The operator does not verify who you are, though it may log the IP address used to place an order and can hand over what it holds under a valid legal order. Domain name orders are screened by hand and can be refused, but no identity documents are requested.

An account 15 days past due is terminated and the data, including backups, is deleted with no way to recover it. Dedicated servers are suspended after one day overdue.
