What the documents mean for you
IncogNET can suspend or terminate your service for any reason without notice, and deletes your data 15 days after non-payment. It discloses customer data on a valid legal order and logs signup IPs. Crypto payments are non-refundable. Signup needs only email.
The documents never mention KYC, identity verification or source-of-funds checks; the only thing asked at signup is an email address, and anonymous email providers and aliases are explicitly allowed. However, the privacy policy states that IncogNET may be compelled to hand over customer information when presented with a valid and legally binding order, which is disclosure at the request of authorities rather than routine verification.
Nothing in these documents triggers an identity check: account creation asks only for an email address, and you may use anonymous providers, aliases or mail relays. IncogNET does say it will comply with valid, legally binding orders to disclose customer information, and notes it is not a bulletproof host. It also logs signup IP addresses, so data it does hold can be handed over.

IncogNET can cancel, suspend or terminate your service for any reason without warning, and severe cases skip the suspension step entirely. Violating the acceptable use policy, even by accident, can end your account without compensation.
An account 15 days overdue is terminated and all data, including backup data, is removed. IncogNET states recovery is not possible after that.
If you pay privately with cryptocurrency, you give up the refund window that card and bank payers get on shared and VPS hosting. Domain names and dedicated servers have no refunds at all.
IncogNET will comply with valid legally binding orders for customer information and says it will not refuse them. It may apply the laws of any country where its systems, staff or operations sit.
WHMCS, DirectAdmin, VirtFusion and CloudLinux run the billing, ticketing and hosting panels. IncogNET states it does not guarantee that these vendors never process data.
