What the documents mean for you
SilentXMR can pause the service or decline your order, returning your deposit minus the network fee. It never asks for ID, not even for refunds, and there is no account. Order records are deleted after 90 days. The rate is locked for only 30 minutes.
The terms contain a dedicated section titled "No identity checks, ever" stating that SilentXMR never asks for a name, email, identity document or selfie, for a swap or for a refund, and the refund section repeats that refunds never require ID. The privacy policy also states that no name, email, account, phone number or identity document is collected.
Nothing triggers an identity check: the terms say SilentXMR never asks for your name, email, ID document or selfie, either for a swap or for a refund. The only personal detail it ever sees is your email address, and only if you choose to write to support. If a deposit cannot be processed or the order is declined, you get it back minus the network fee, with no ID required.

The order database runs on Cloudflare, and its point-in-time backups can keep deleted order data for up to 30 days after deletion.
Orders that count as prize draw entries (deposit received, created between 18 October 2026 and 5 February 2027) are kept until the draw is settled and deleted by 30 April 2027, past the normal 90 days.
The minimum swap is $50 worth of the coin you send, and for amounts over $50,000 you must contact support before sending.
